Championship Rings Season 3 Debuts Aug. 28

On Aug. 21, Voltage Live revealed Season 3 of its sports debate show, Championship Rings, will debut on Thursday, Aug. 28. The show, hosted by Brandon Lewis -- Voltage Live’s sports director and host of the Brandon’s World Podcast -- and Josh Ungar, Voltage Live contributor and host of the UngarToTheMax YouTube channel, launched in September 2023, and has captivated sports fans nationwide with their dialogue surrounding the biggest stories in the sports world over the course of the past two years.

Season 3 will begin with a discussion on some of College Football’s biggest Week 1 matchups, including No. 1 Texas vs No. 3 Ohio State in Columbus on Aug. 30, as well as the latest ever-changing industry of professional wrestling, including WWE’s new deal to live stream their Premium Live Events on ESPN’s Direct to Consumer Service and the company’s decision to begin that partnership on the same day as an All Elite Wrestling (AEW) Pay-Per-View, All Out. Then, on Sunday, Aug. 31, at 11 a.m. ET, Championship Rings will be hosting a special one-0ff show, where the hosts will unveil their full 2025 NFL Predictions. Sunday one-off shows began in Season 2 over the summer and saw some of the highest rated shows in its brief history.

“Season 3 can’t come soon enough,” Lewis said. “Football season is right around the corner, and there’s a lot happening in the football world, both in the NFL and College, as well as in wrestling with both WWE and AEW. I can’t wait to see Josh on Aug. 28, so we can begin this season of the show in style.”

“Our last few shows of Season 2 were some of the best shows me and Brandon have ever done, Ungar said. “I really feel like we have found our chemistry as a duo. I had a really fun time doing our one-off Sunday shows on Game 7 of the 2025 NBA Finals between the Indiana Pacers and the Oklahoma City Thunder, and our one-off when WWE and AEW were going head-to-head during the weekend of AEW’s All In: Texas Pay-Per-View. I’m looking forward to more one-off shows in the future.”

Championship Rings is in collaboration with Voltage Live and airs weekly on the Championship Rings YouTube Channel, the UngarToTheMax YouTube Channel and the Championship Rings X account. Episodes are posted on the Voltage Live website the following day.
