Reality icons Dee and Devens are used to backstabbing and blindsiding their allies on Survivor. The other icon, Angela, not so much.

Ever since the nomination ceremony, where Lala nominated Haley, Chuk, and Barrett for eviction, Angela had been feeling worried. Haley was one of her closest friends in the house. She shouted out her family as she was blindsiding her former Toolshed ally. Angela’s worried about word getting out that she blindsided Hayley without it coming from her mouth.

So on Day 33, a day after the nomination ceremony, while in the bathroom crying after taking a shower, Angela confronts Hayley directly and tells her about the flip. As Haley leaves the bathroom to go tell Chuk, Dee enters, and Haley informs her she spilled the beans. It’s a move that’s not good for Dee’s game, and since she still wants to work with Kamu, Dee tells the MMA fighter everything, including her BB bribe power (which Devens now also knows about).

In the gym, Dee, Kamu, Haley, Chuk, Yash, and Angela try to decipher what happened with the eviction of Lyric. Chuk, Kamu, and Haley already know Angela and Devens voted for Melody, so that means one of Dee or Yash is lying. Haley claims Angela told her in the bathroom Dee flipped, which is true she flipped, but not true that Angela told Haley this information. The lie causes Angela to lose her cool and flip out on Haley, making her the new Jason for Angela.

When it comes to the veto competition, Kamu and Dee were picked to play alongside the head of household (HOH) and the three nominees in a 1977 disco-based memory competition, the same competition Keanu won last season. This season, that distinction went to Kamu, and Haley and Chuk were expecting their Red Corner ally to use the veto on one of them to try to salvage their power in the house. What the two nominees don’t know is that Kamu is completely done with his old alliances, and he is siding with HOH LaLa and Taylor, so he keeps the nominations the same, officially knocking out the Red Corner.

Non spoiler thoughts

  • That was BB26 Angela!
  • Why did Dee tell Kamu about her power?!
  • Barrett, Drew, Melody, and Mallory formed a new alliance, For the American People (F.A.P.), with the idea being most of the house will see the group as two duos (Barrett and Drew and Melody and Mallory). I believe F.A.P. may merge eventually with the icons as part of the Crossovers and take out a threat in the house.
  • Taylor and Lala are getting a little too cocky with this HOH for some of the houseguests’ liking, in my opinion, and are making enemies. They’re not sitting as pretty as they think right now.
  • I believe if Chuk doesn’t win the blockbuster tonight, he will be evicted. If he does, Haley will be evicted. We shall see.
